Cap Blocks have a dent at the top so you can connect them to other blocks, but they do not have a bump/dent at the bottom to be connected to other blocks (they have a flat bottom) meaning that that is the end of it. These blocks stop a block/script when running which is why they are meant to be used at the end, hence the flat bottom.
